Christmas market in Montreux!

Today in extreme delay I will tell you about when Andrea and me went to Montreux for the Christmas markets. I know that this is a bit off topic but you know that I have to tell you about all the little trips I make. ;) So I liked the markets quite enough; the location is just superb, Montreux is very pretty, the lake area is quiet and transmits serenity, and the market is right on the lakeside, the speakers who sing Christmas songs allow you to jump right in the festivity atmosphere. However, the market itself has a little disappointed me because it is very focused on street food and little on Christmas items or other products that might be a good idea for a Christmas gift. Another bad thing about Switzerland is undoubtedly the price of food, for example a normal plate of pasta costs 20 € and more, definitely to much I would say. ;) But one thing that I liked is that wherever you go you can find teas, not only in the markets but there are also many shops selling only that, a paradise for a tea-addicted like me. Andrea and me have also visited the Castle of Chillon which is so beautiful both for its location on the lake and for its interior which reminded me of Winterfell! ;) Have you ever been there? What Christmas markets have you visited and recommend me for next year? :)
