Me and the Bicerin

25 april trip! :)

Il 25 aprile io e Andrea siamo stati ad Alba dove si teneva Vinum, una festa del vino con street food. Alba è situata in una bellissima zona del Piemonte, le Langhe, famosa per il suo ottimo vino. Infatti già solo il viaggio per arrivarci è molto piacevole perchè si è circondati dalle campagne e dai vigneti, un paesaggio che ti fa già pregustare le delizie che producono queste terre. Anche la cittadina di per se' è molto graziosa e l'evento era organizzato bene perchè i vari stand erano in diverse zone della città, questo ti permetteva di visitarla e faceva sì che non si creassero troppe code e affollamenti per bere e mangiare. Noi abbiamo assaggiato 4 vini, Roero, Dolcetto, Diano e Moscato, quest'ultimo il mio preferito anche se è un vino da dessert, quello che abbiamo preso era davvero buonissimo. Lì ho anche assaggiato quello che credo sia stato il più buon gelato della mia vita! :)

Dopo ci siamo spostati a Torino dove per la prima volta ho assaggiato il Bicerin, una bevanda tipica della città a base di cioccolato e caffè e l'abbiamo preso nell'omonimo bar padre di questa delizia che si trova in Piazza della Consolata. Se venite a Torino dovete assolutamente assaggiarlo, è fenomenale! Per finire la serata ci siamo poi spostati in Piazza Vittorio dove abbiamo fatto aperitivo con sottofondo musicale dato che c'era il Jazz Festival. E' stata davvero una bella giornata! Voi avete fatto qualcosa di particolare quel giorno?:)


On April 25 Andrea and I went to Alba where there was Vinum, a wine festival with street food. Alba is located in a beautiful area of ​​Piedmont, the Langhe, famous for its excellent wine. In fact, just only the journey to get there is very pleasant because you are surrounded by countryside and vineyards, a landscape that makes you foretaste the delights that this land produce. Also the town itself is very pretty and the event was well organized because the stands were in different parts of the city, which allowed you to visit it and to not create too many queue to drink and eat. We tasted 4  different wines Roero, Dolcetto, Diano and Moscato, the latter was my favorite although it is a dessert wine, it was fantastic. There I also tasted what I think was the best ice cream I ate in my life! :)

Afterwards we moved to Turin, where for the first time I tasted the Bicerin, a typical drink of the city made of chocolate and coffee and we took it in the homonymous bar father of this drink which is located in Consolata Place. If you come to Turin you should definitely try it! To end the evening we moved to Vittorio Emanuel Place where we had an aperitif with music as there was the Jazz Festival. It was a beautiful day! :)

Ciao a tutti! Oggi un post particolare per ringraziare una bravissima creativa, Antonella di Indil Atelier (di cui vi ho già parlato qui). Ve ne parlo perchè ho scelto di acquistare una delle sue creazioni per i cinquant'anni di mia mamma, mi sembrava un regalo speciale per un'occasione speciale. La creazione in questione sono gli orecchini Glicine (nella prima foto), realizzati a soutache. Sono stata molto felice di averli scelti perchè dal vivo sono ancora più belli, inoltre Antonella è molto professionale per quanto riguarda la spedizione e l'impacchettamento (che oltre a essere pratico era molto bello). Per di più è stata così gentile da omaggiarmi con un bellissimo paio di orecchini per me. Io ve la consiglio davvero per i vostri regali speciali, qui trovate la sua pagina facebook. :)

Hello everyone! Today a special thanks to a talented creative, Antonella of Indil Atelier (of which I have already talked here). I speak to you of her because I chose to buy one of her creation for the fiftieth anniversary of my mother, I thought it was a special gift for a special occasion. These are the earrings Glicine (in the first photo), made in soutache. I was very happy because at live they are even more beautiful, and Antonella is very professional with regard to shipping and packing (which besides being practical was very nice). For more was kind enough to give me a beautiful pair of earrings for me. I really recommend her for your special gifts, here's her facebook page. :)

Hola a todos! Hoy un post especial para agradecer a un creativa talentosa, Antonella de Indil Atelier (del la que ya he hablado aquí). Elegí comprar una de sus creaciones para el quincuagésimo cumple de mi madre, pensé que era un regalo especial para una ocasión especial. La creacion en cuestión son las pendientes Glicine (en la primera foto), realizados en soutache. Fui muy feliz de haberlo elegidos porque en vivo son aún más hermosos, Antonella también es muy profesional con respecto a gastos de envío y embalaje (que además de ser práctica era muy agradable). Oggi vi mostro qualche foto con la mia cagnolina, Masha! Da quando è arrivata ci tiene molto occupati ma io la adoro e non saprei più immaginarmi casa nostra senza di lei. E' così bello tornare a casa dopo una lunga giornata e vederla lì pronta a farti le feste. E vi dicono che queste foto non esprimono neanche minimamente la sua dolcezza ma spero che vi piacciano :) E voi avete un animale domestico?:)

Today I show you some pictures of me with my dog, Masha! Since she arrived she keeps us very busy but I love her and I would not be able to imagine our house without her. It's so nice to come home after a long day and see she that she is waiting for you. And I say that these photos do not express even the slightest part of her sweetness but I hope you like them:) Do you have any pet?:)

Hoy os muestro algunas fotos con mi perrita, Masha! Desde que llegò nos mantiene muy ocupados, pero me encanta y yo ya no sabría imaginar nuestra casa sin ella. Es tan agradable volver a casa después de un largo día y verla allí que te espera feliz. Y os digo que estas fotos no expresan mínimamente su dulzura pero espero que os gusten :)

What to wear for a cocktail with friends!

Quale occasione migliore per ritrovarsi con gli amici nel fine settimana per chiaccherare di un aperitivo? Fare aperitivo mi dà sempre quella sensazione di relax e di vacanza. A voi piace? :) In queste occasioni mi piace indossare qualcosa di carino ma non eccessivamente elegante. Una bella camicetta e un jeans vanno benissimo ma non mi dispiace neanche indossare un vestito non troppo elegante. Io consiglierei un po' di tacco, non vertiginoso, anche se in estate non mi dispiace indossare le ballerine. Mi piace anche giocare con gli accessori, in questo caso indosso una collana creata da me sui toni del colore principe della primavera, il rose quartz. Avevo un po' paura ad abbinarlo con il burgundy della camicetta ma il risultato non mi dispiace, a voi? Che ve ne pare dell'outfit? :)

What better time to meet up with friends then a cocktail? Doing an aperitif always gives me that feeling of relaxation and vacation. Do you like cocktails? :) On these occasions I like to wear something nice but not super elegant. A beautiful blouse and jeans are fine but I do not mind even to wear a not too elegant dress. I'd recommend a little heel, not giddy, although in the summer I do not mind wearing the flats. I also like playing with accessories, in this case I wear a necklace created by me on the tones of the main color of spring, the rose quartz. I had a little fear to combine it with the burgundy of the blouse but I like the result, and you? What do you think of the outfit? :)

¿Cual mejor momento para reunirse con los amigos en el fin de semana para charlar de un aperitivo? El aperitivo siempre me da esa sensación de relajación y vacaciones. Y a vostros os gusta? :) En estas ocasiones, me gusta llevar algo agradable, pero no demasiado elegante. Una hermosa blusa y jeans están bien, pero no me importa incluso llevar un traje no muy elegante. Yo recomendaria un pequeño tacón aunque en el verano no me importa el uso de los zapatos bajos. También me gusta jugar con los accesorios, en este caso llevo un collar creado por mí en los tonos del color principal de la primavera, el cuarzo rosa. Tenía un poco de miedo en combinarlo con una blusa borgoña, pero el resultado me gusta, y a vostros? ¿Os gusta el outfit? :)
